Synopsis
Malena (Marisol Tur) and April (Gimena Blesa) seem two characters of a Magritte’s painting. April never takes out her black bowler hat and her umbrella. Malena does not go out without her polaroid camera. Both, somehow, despite their uncommunicative attitude, complement and understand each other. But in the 9 July, 2007 April is going to live abroad, to Europe, and leaves Malena alone, who wishes the departure day would never exists. Malena knows that her desire could be possible, because missing days have already happened: in Europe, year 1582, some countries had ignored certain days of October. This curious anecdote, serves to Malena to outline a farewell to April, recalling sites of La Plata City, which resemble european architectural style, where they have been together. Finally Malena arrives to the conclusion that she won’t write any letters to April and the day April leaves the country, it snows in La Plata City for the first time in the last 89 years.
